Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Independent End Point Assessor (EPA) to assess apprentices against the Personal Trainer / Fitness Trainer Apprenticeship Standard. Youβll be working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. Added to this, you will be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges, and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.
This role is ideal for a qualified Personal Trainer Assessor, EPA, Fitness Assessor, or Tutor with a strong understanding of apprenticeships, assessment criteria, and EPA processes. You will deliver high-quality, impartial assessment activities including professional discussions, observations, and portfolio reviews, ensuring consistency and compliance with awarding organisation requirements.
Home based position with expected travel in the following areas: Lincoln, Northampton, Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich, London, and Plymouth.
