Role Description
This position is for a part-time professor in the Human Resources Management course (ADM2337) at the Telfer School of Management, focusing on policies and practices related to:
- Job analysis
- Human resource planning
- Staffing
- Performance appraisal
- Training and development
- Wage and salary administration
- Collective bargaining
The teaching method will be delivered online (synchronous live), and may incur changes due to health measures or other reasons.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in organizational behaviour or human resources management
- Recent professional experience directly related to the course
- Teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM
Requirements

- Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course
- Must have teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $239.47 (2024-2025) for teaching
- Academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31
- Rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay
- Retro pay will be applied after the ratification of a new collective agreement
