Role Description

360training is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Course Development & Operations to lead and scale a high-performing content and course operations organization. This leader will oversee multiple functional teams responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of 360 courses, including:

• Content creation
• Instructional design
• Course development
• Quality assurance
• Digital production
• Course lifecycle operations

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in instructional design and learning technologies with strong operational leadership skills. This role requires someone who can drive innovation through AI-enabled content development, modern authoring technologies, and scalable workflows while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, eLearning, or training operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional L&D teams.
• Strong technical expertise with modern course authoring and learning technologies, as well as integrations such as AICC, XAPI, and SCORM dispatch.
• Proven experience managing digital course production at scale.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, media creation, workflow automation, or instructional design enhancement.
• Experience overseeing learning operations, LCMS/LMS administration, and course deployment processes.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, ISpring, and HeyGen.
• Experience with LCMS/LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI/AICC standards.
• Content governance and publishing workflows.
• Agile project management methodologies (JIRA Cloud).
• Strong understanding of digital media production and online learning technologies.
