Role Description

The Global Ambassador Programme recruits and manages high school students worldwide. It is a referral programme that drives and increases sign-ups for Crimson Education’s global competitions.

We are looking for an energetic, warm and organised Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team and become the heart of this community. You’ll be the go-to person for our ambassadors, keeping them motivated, supported and connected throughout the year. You’ll also design and lead a brand-new intern programme for high school students who want hands-on experience inside a global company.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for Ambassadors on WhatsApp throughout the week (including weekends), and support them by email (within 48 business hours).
• Keep the community active by executing a regular rhythm of touchpoints - messages, newsletters, webinars, challenges, shout-outs - timed thoughtfully throughout the year.
• Run webinars throughout the year tailored to the interests of the Ambassadors.
• Re-engage quiet and struggling Ambassadors and recognise top performers.
• Gather feedback through surveys and conversations, and share engagement metrics and recommendations with the Programme Lead regularly.
• Collaborate with the HCGCC, HCGEC, SARC and LGIC teams to ensure Ambassador messaging stays accurate and aligned.
• Run the intern programme end-to-end, defining the programme and intern roles, cohort size, time commitment, term length and learning outcomes.
• Recruit, select, onboard, train, and manage interns.
• Ensure a great Ambassador experience!

Qualifications

• Experience in student engagement, campus ambassador programmes, volunteer coordination, or a similar people-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, clear, and upbeat communication style.
• Confidence in talking to high school students across different cultures and time zones.
• Experience organising a group, cohort or programme.
• Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets) to track activity and spot patterns.
• Self-starting, positive and can-do attitude, comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team.
• Social media or content creation skills (Canva, short-form video, newsletters).
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, WhatsApp communities, and Typeform.
