Role Description

Our client is seeking passionate, adaptable and technologically confident educators to join a modern, fully online schooling environment.

To teach - Foundation Phase - Jan 2027

• A key requirement across all roles is a high level of comfort with technology.
• Educators should be confident working digitally and able and willing to learn new technologies and systems quickly.

The Role:

• Full-time professional teaching position, with educators actively engaged from approximately 07:30 to 16:30 each day.
• Classes are taught in small groups, allowing teachers to work closely with students.
• Online teaching is a full-time role and should not be viewed as reduced-hours teaching.
• Teachers generally do not have the same evening, weekend, sports or extracurricular responsibilities found in many traditional schools.
• Periods of marking, assessment and moderation may occasionally require work beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability.
• Approximately 4+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong newly qualified graduates will also be considered.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A professional, adaptable and positive approach.
• Enthusiasm for working in a modern online learning environment.
• Confidence using technology and willingness to learn new digital systems.
