Role Description
Financial Services Tutors at Davies are passionate about inspiring learners to achieve their goals and aspirations. Acting as an SME, providing exemplary delivery and training, and enhancing business development opportunities, you will be responsible for:

Developing workshop content aligned to apprenticeships and commercial programmes.

Delivering workshops with maximum impact.

Supporting clients to enhance their capabilities further, utilising business development techniques.

Ensuring high-quality workshop delivery in-line with business and stakeholder expectations.

Working closely with the Product team to support the creation of resources/content.
-
Collaborating with the Client Success team to provide business improvement solutions.
-
Supporting learners to achieve their technical qualifications.
-
Delivering face-to-face and virtual sessions across both government and commercially funded programmes.

Potentially delivering to delegates outside of the UK, either remotely or face-to-face.
Qualifications
-
CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).

Understanding of vocational qualifications including Apprenticeships.
Requirements

Experience in learning material creation and workshop design.

Experience of working within a regulatory environment (Ofsted/ESFA, CII).

Experience of working with IT systems and creating webinars and e-learning content.

Experience developing delivery resources and content.
-
Experience of providing business development opportunities.
-
Self-motivated, focused, and enthusiastic with the ability to work using own initiative.

Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.

Ability to identify opportunities to maximise business development opportunities.
-
Ability to be flexible if required to support delivery outside of normal working hours.
-
Ability to effectively deliver to delegates outside of the UK.

Ability to upskill peers if required to support their development.
