Role Description
The Coach brings warmth, consistency, and real coaching experience to Dream Center Indianapolis's Life Coaching System. The coach steps into this role as a familiar, trusted presence, hosting a weekly evening group coaching session and staying available for 1:1 calls as participants need them.
This is a part-time, hourly, evening role that works closely with and is supported by the Lead Coach. It's built for someone who already knows how to hold space for a room of women working toward big goals, and who can show up one-on-one when a participant needs extra support between group sessions.
Coaching Format: This role centers on one weekly evening group coaching session. Beyond that, the Coach keeps open calendar time available for 1:1 calls, which participants can use as needed rather than on a fixed weekly schedule.
