[Hiring] ESL Instructor @O.C

Role Description

We are seeking Online Canada-Bound Adult ESL Instructors to meet increasing demand in our educational sector. Opportunities for advancement and a youth program are also available.

• Full-time or part-time roles teaching mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings
• $14.00 to $18.00 CAD per hour, with semi-annual pay increases of $0.50 and performance-based bonuses

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with a neutral accent
• Canadian citizenship
• Bachelor's degree from a Western or English-speaking institution
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi), webcam, and headset
• Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times:
• Sunday-Thursday: 5 pm-8 pm ET
• Monday-Friday: 5 am-11 am ET
• Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start
• Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes
• Candidates who do not meet these requirements need not apply
