Role Description

Enrollment Coaches (EC’s) counsel prospective students seeking fully online program options at UTK and serve as a champion for their interests in areas of study. As a student’s primary point of contact in their journey to become a fully-online student, the EC provides a high-level of personalized support and acts as a concierge to students, from their initial expressed interest to enrollment confirmation. Enrollment Coaches build and foster relationships with learners, educating them on best fit programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling or advising students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and foster a supportive environment.
• Knowledge of online education programs and resources.
