• Bachelor's Degree (BA): $51,156 - $63,156
• Bachelor's +15 (BA+15): $51,656 - $65,156
• Bachelor's +30 (BA+30): $52,156 - $67,156
• Master's Degree (MA): $53,406 - $72,156
• Master's +15 (MA+15): $54,156 - $72,906
• Master's +30 (MA+30): $54,906 - $73,656
• Master's +45 / PhD: $57,156 - $75,906

Educational Advancement Pay Increases

• BA to BA+15: +$500
• BA+15 to BA+30: +$800
• BA+30 to MA: +$5,000
• MA to MA+15: +$1,000
• MA+15 to MA+30: +$1,000
• MA+30 to MA+45 / PhD: +$1,000

Longevity Incentives

• After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service: one-time longevity bonus if converting from an initial license to a standard license.
• After the 5th year of certified FCSD service: one-time longevity bonus paid in June, continuing at milestones of 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter.
