At Tutor Me Education, our Educational Operations Specialists are the operational backbone of our student success programs. In this role, you'll ensure that students, families, educators, and school district partners receive an exceptional experience through proactive coordination, seamless execution, and outstanding service.

What you'll do:

Educational Program Operations

Coordinate the daily operations of virtual tutoring programs from enrollment through completion.

Manage instructor and student schedules to maximize attendance, efficiency, and program utilization.

Monitor live tutoring sessions to ensure quality, attendance, and operational excellence.

Track student academic progress and identify opportunities for additional support.

Ensure accurate execution of academic programs, operational initiatives, and company standards.

Maintain detailed, accurate records across operational systems.

Student & Family Success

Deliver exceptional service and support to students, parents, and families.

Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

Resolve scheduling challenges and customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Conduct regular progress conferences with partner program directors, reviewing student outcomes, adjusting academic plans, and supporting enrollment renewals.

Serve as a knowledgeable and dependable point of contact throughout the student journey.

Operational Excellence

Support Regional Operations through administrative coordination, scheduling, reporting, and data management.

Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and service standards.

Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.

Collaborate effectively with remote teammates, instructors, and school district partners.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree.

2β4 years of experience in education operations, customer success, program coordination, academic services, or a similar operational role.

Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual work environment.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across remote teams.

Highly adaptable with the ability to prioritize changing business needs.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting K-12 education programs, tutoring organizations, or school districts.

Experience managing scheduling, workforce coordination, or educational operations.

Experience working with CRM, student information systems, or scheduling platforms.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
