• Lead and coordinate the secondary school cycle and oversee daily academic operations.
• Supervise teachers and support their professional development.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational projects and pedagogical strategies.
• Monitor student academic progress, behavior, and well-being.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment, and examination schedules.
• Promote inclusive education and differentiated teaching practices.
• Develop school policies, discipline procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Organize teacher training sessions and pedagogical workshops.
• Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration among teachers, students, parents, and school administration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, French Literature, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in education, school leadership, or pedagogical coordination.

• Experience in teacher training, curriculum development, and educational project management.
• Knowledge of inclusive education, differentiated instruction, and student support.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and implement innovative educational strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in French and Arabic, with good English communication skills.
