Role Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Coaching Tutor to join our growing team. This is a flexible, part-time role, working online from home or in person, supporting students to improve their learning habits and academic performance.

As an Educational Coaching Tutor, you will:

• Deliver 1-to-1 or small group coaching sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
• Help students build confidence, stay organised, set goals, and develop effective study techniques.
• Focus on improving focus, guiding students through challenges, and supporting their academic development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively
• Passion for education, coaching, and student development
• No previous tutoring or coaching experience required (training or experience is a plus)
• Ability to adapt to different ages, levels, and learning styles
• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
