[Hiring] Education Specialist @Sumsub

Role Description

We are looking for an Education Specialist to join our Customer Support Team and help new colleagues get up to speed fast and keep our shared knowledge sharp!

• Help new hires through their first weeks so they get comfortable with our tools and workflows and can start making an impact from day one.
• Design and build full courses on our LMS platform.
• Create clear, user-friendly materials & Knowledge Base articles that make our procedures easy to follow, whatever the reader's technical background.
• Organize and run webinars, workshops & training sessions for our teams.
• Design and deliver presentations for different audiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
• Log search skills (e.g. Kibana, Grafana loki, etc.).
• Comfortable leading online training sessions and can keep an audience engaged from start to finish.
• Good at turning complex technical information into simple, easy-to-follow guides.
• Strong ownership and ability to work well with minimal supervision, multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to spot knowledge gaps before they become problems.
• Proven track record of onboarding new colleagues and helping them reach their full potential.
• Experience in B2B Customer or Technical Support (L1, L2 or L3).

Requirements

• Experience building courses in an LMS (Cypher LMS in particular).
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, YouTrack or ClickUp/Monday.
• A basic understanding of HTTP requests and status codes, REST APIs and JSON.
