The Associates play an integral client-facing project work. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on:

• Material client interaction through all projects
• Project management
• Intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein
• Creating compelling client-ready presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic arts/design, visual communication, user interface/user experience design, web development or other related field preferred
• 2+ years of work experience in a professional, client-facing graphic/web designer or web developer role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop primarily
• Demonstrated ability in designing high-fidelity prototypes in Sketch, Figma or other prototyping software, demonstrating user flows and interactive elements of the user experience and interface
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3

Requirements

• Coding within Slate CRM or related CRM technologies (preferred)
• Expertise in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS (preferred)
• Proficient understanding of the Bootstrap Framework or other frontend frameworks (preferred)
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery (preferred)
• Proficient understanding of WCAG/Accessibility standards and ability to develop to them (preferred)
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS (preferred)
