Role Description

Lead the future of brain injury education. The Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) is seeking a full-time Director of Professional Education to lead and grow our nationally recognized Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists (ACBIS). This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape curriculum, expand programs, and drive measurable growth in healthcare education.

Position Details:

• Full-time, remote (must work Eastern or Central time zone hours)
• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What You'll Do:

• Set and execute multi-year growth strategy and revenue targets.
• Lead curriculum development, credentialing standards, and program quality.
• Analyze market trends and enrollment data to guide program direction.
• Partner with marketing to expand audience reach and engagement.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare, academic, and industry leaders.
• Oversee accreditation, CE/CEU compliance, and certification integrity.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing remote team.
• Serve as liaison to the ACBIS Board and represent BIAA externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in professional education, credentialing, or healthcare training.
• Strong background in curriculum design and instructional strategy.
• Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work with boards, committees, and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
