Role Description
As the Director, Family Engagement & Health Services, you will support the implementation of family engagement, health, mental health, and nutrition services across partner and delegate programs. This role will supervise assigned staff, collaborate with partners, and delegate to strengthen systems and build staff capacity through technical assistance, coaching, and training. The Director also contributes to the development and refinement of content, tools, and training to support strong practice in family and health services. Key responsibilities include:

Development and execution of collaborative implementation plans with delegates and partners.

Support programs to achieve agreed-upon deliverables and demonstrate impact on families and communities.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Social Work, Family and Community Engagement, Public Health (or a related field) required; master's degree preferred.

3+ years experience in Head Start/Early Head Start or family, community engagement, and health, including experience in coaching, supervision, program management, and providing technical assistance.

Expertise in starting up Head Start programs or early learning environments, with direct experience developing and implementing program strategies.

Experience in program evaluation and continuous improvement processes.

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English).

Travel required locally or long-distance up to 75% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
