Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 2 Years – Experience in Position
• 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects

• Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 Years – Experience working in Position
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects

Requirements

• Proficiency in, but not limited to:
• Adult learning methods and pedagogy
• Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, Camtasia
• Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint including Microsoft SharePoint
• Adobe Creative Suite (CS6), specifically In Design, Flash Professional, Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, and Acrobat
• Comparable word processor, page layout, publishing, and illustration software acceptable as a substitute
• Knowledge of the creation and maintenance of wikis
• Multimedia skills:
• Proficient in manipulating and synchronizing audio files for use in e-learning and experience with and willingness to do voice over work
• Ability to identify and interpret multimedia design needs and to develop creative and responsive design concepts
• General instructional design concepts, with an understanding of how a LMS functions and its role in deploying e-learning courses
• Able to clearly communicate how to perform complex technical tasks
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
• Able to work with moderate supervision
• Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
• Should be able to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas with team members
