Requirements

Proficiency in, but not limited to:

Adult learning methods and pedagogy
-
Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, Camtasia
-
Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint including Microsoft SharePoint
-
Adobe Creative Suite (CS6), specifically In Design, Flash Professional, Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, and Acrobat
-
Comparable word processor, page layout, publishing, and illustration software acceptable as a substitute
-
Knowledge of the creation and maintenance of wikis
-
Multimedia skills:
-
Proficient in manipulating and synchronizing audio files for use in e-learning and experience with and willingness to do voice over work
-
Ability to identify and interpret multimedia design needs and to develop creative and responsive design concepts
-
General instructional design concepts, with an understanding of how a LMS functions and its role in deploying e-learning courses
-
Able to clearly communicate how to perform complex technical tasks
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
-
Able to work with moderate supervision
-
Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment

Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce

Should be able to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas with team members
