The Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical and Interventional Sciences is seeking a Course Lecturer to teach the 2027 Winter semester: Biomedical Research Innovation.

• Location: online
• Schedule: Mondays - (3:00pm - 5:00pm)
• Compensation: $11,824

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering
• Experience conducting and publishing research in:
  • Biosensor
  • Diagnostic
  • Biomaterials
  • In vitro and in vivo hands-on
  • Regenerative medicine with application to Medical/Clinical problems
• History of consistently publishing manuscripts relevant to the field in high-quality peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in undertaking research collaborations with medical specialists such as surgeons, clinicians, pathologists, etc. (an asset)

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based/located
• Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication
