- All University of Ottawa employees must complete mandatory legislated training.

Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $32.39 for undergraduate students, $38.86 for graduate students (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027).
- Rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay.
- Retro pay will be applied after the ratification of a new collective agreement.
