CareerVillage.org is seeking a mission-driven, full-time Content & Curriculum Associate with deep expertise in career development to support this work.
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to our Coaching & Learning Expert. Please note:

The responsibilities of this role will change as CareerVillage adapts to field learnings.

What youโll do

Lead the creation of new career development content and continuously update 50+ existing career topics.

Develop and maintain prompts grounded in instructional design principles for Coach.
-
Collect, prioritize, and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.

Support the development of evaluative criteria for high-quality, personalized coaching.

Contribute to benchmark creation for quality career coaching in an AI context.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Partner Success, and other teams to align content with the platformโs mission and goals.

Guide content strategy to ensure transformative and accessible activities for diverse learners.
Qualifications
-
3+ years experience as a career advisor, coach, or in a related field.

Instructional designer experience or Career Coaching Certification (i.e., CPCC, BCC, GCDF, NCDA certifications, etc.).

Experience translating coaching or advising expertise into written, structured learning content.

Experience working in a very high-growth, fast-paced, rapidly-changing work environment.

Familiarity with established career development theories and pedagogical frameworks.

Ability to articulate curriculum concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to manage and refine multiple curriculum projects simultaneously.
