Role Description
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is currently seeking a Clinical Education Specialist - Lead to join our North America Global Education team. This is a remote role available within the United States. The Clinical Education Specialist Lead is responsible for the strategic design, preparation, and execution of hands-on training experiences for Professional Education under North America Global Education Solutions. Responsibilities include:

Partnering with colleagues to teach and train on the safe and efficacious use of Johnson & Johnson products in a lab setting to external Healthcare Professional customers.

Serving as the subject matter expert on anatomy, clinical procedures, disease states, and Johnson & Johnson technologies.

Collaborating with Sales, Professional Education, R&D, and Marketing leaders to develop customized educational experiences.

Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and HCC policies.

Supporting the DePuy Synthes operating business, with a preference for prior experience in Sports Medicine or Joint Reconstruction medical devices.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree required.

4 - 6 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the orthopedics Healthcare Industry or Clinical Setting.

Operating Room or Healthcare Professional facing experience preferred.

Education and/or Training experience preferred.

Product, Clinical, and Disease State Knowledge of Sports Medicine or Joint Reconstruction preferred.

Experience in complex scheduling and execution of projects/events preferred.

Experience working with Cadaveric Tissue preferred.
Requirements

Extensive knowledge of the safe and efficacious use of Johnson & Johnson Products.

Lead Clinical Education projects through application of customer insights and strategic planning.

Overnight travel may be required up to 70%.
