[Hiring] Clinical Education Manager @Confluent Health

Role Description

The Clinical Education Manager plays a central role in supporting EIM’s mission by overseeing and advancing all aspects of clinical education operations for assigned University Partner (UP) programs. Serving as the primary liaison to UP stakeholders, the Manager collaborates closely with clinical education faculty, clinical sites, and internal EIM teams to manage the full clinical education lifecycle, including:

• Contract workflows
• Student placement
• Data management
• Compliance
• Partner reporting

This role ensures operational consistency, regulatory alignment, and high-quality clinical experiences through strong communication, accurate documentation, and proactive partnership management. The Manager leads a team and drives operational execution to deliver exceptional clinical education outcomes that support student success and strengthen UP program performance.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving and time management skills
• Knowledge of student-centered student placement practices
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with University Partners and clinical sites
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Highly motivated and determined to meet and exceed target-driven goals
• Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel, up to 10% required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical placement or procurement experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare or higher education setting
