Role Description
The Intervention & HB1416 Support Clerk will be responsible for supporting student intervention processes, engagement monitoring, HB1416 compliance tracking, and Revocation of Transfer (ROT) operational workflows within a virtual public school environment. This position will primarily focus on:

This role requires the ability to manage data accurately, monitor intervention progress, coordinate timely communication, and support student retention and compliance initiatives to fulfill our mission of empowering families and unleashing potential.
Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in education, student services, administrative support, data management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum of 1โ2 years of experience using the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) in a professional or academic setting.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas via written channels (Email, Google Chat, and Document Comments) with high clarity and low ambiguity.

Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Strong organizational, time-management, and data management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and operational processes simultaneously.

Experience working in Kโ12 education, online learning, attendance monitoring, intervention support, or student services preferred.

Familiarity with RTI/MTSS frameworks, HB1416 requirements, and student intervention processes preferred.

Experience with Ascender, Salesforce, IXL, or similar educational platforms preferred.
