Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to deliver high-quality coaching experiences that help professionals advance their careers, strengthen their self-leadership, and achieve meaningful career outcomes. This role focuses on supporting individuals through career planning, career transitions, professional development, and job search activities in a remote, globally connected environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging one-to-one career coaching sessions focused on career planning, progression, and job search strategies

Facilitate group coaching sessions covering professional development, career growth, and employability skills

Support team coaching initiatives that enhance collaboration and team effectiveness

Encourage and motivate participants to progress against their career development goals

Deliver live virtual coaching sessions across multiple global time zones

Provide guidance on self-leadership, career decision-making, and professional growth

Develop and maintain strong coaching relationships built on trust and accountability

Support learners in identifying and pursuing relevant career opportunities

Network with industry professionals and employer communities to expand employment pathways

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information responsibly
Qualifications

Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification

ACC accreditation or higher is advantageous

Demonstrated experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals across different career stages

Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching programmes

Experience facilitating group coaching and training workshops

Ability to coach individuals through career transitions and career advancement

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience working remotely and supporting individuals across different regions and time zones

Strong understanding of career development frameworks and coaching methodologies

Experience with psychometric assessment tools is advantageous
