Role Description

We are currently accepting applications for virtual Spanish Speaking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) licensed in the US, Nationwide, for the 26/27 school year!

• Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need.

• Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school-aged children.
• Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence, in good standing.
• Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• School experience or experience working with school-aged pediatric population.
• Experience conducting virtual sessions.
• Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology.
• Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes.
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator.
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing if necessary.
• Access to a laptop (not Chromebook) to conduct sessions virtually.

Requirements

• This is a W2 employment opportunity.
• Compensation for providers living in CA, HI, and NY is $44-$56 an hour.
• Compensation for providers living in AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WA is $44-$56 an hour.
• Compensation for providers living in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, and WY is $44-$51 an hour.
• Compensation for providers living in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $44-$49 an hour.
• Opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period.
• Exact hourly rate will depend on multiple factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
