Role Description
As a key member of the Quality Services team, the Disability Trainer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of training programs for the unit. The incumbent will collaborate on an ongoing basis with the Quality Services and Operational teams to collect and interpret any training gaps identified through the Quality Services program/TL or Manager feedback and develop resolutions to these gaps.

Deliver onboarding and core training programs for new Disability Case Management employees

Assist in building and adjusting workload expectations during the initial weeks of training to align with operational needs

Design, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation

Translate operational challenges into practical training solutions

Collaborate with Quality Services and operational leaders to identify development needs

Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve programs

Contribute to best practices, workflow improvements, and quality tools
Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in disability case management

Strong knowledge of all disciplines in Case Management Services
Requirements

Highly proficient at writing in a clear, concise, and structured manner

Superior communication skills and adept at explaining concepts and giving direction

Highly organized, self-directed, and possessing excellent time management skills with the ability to establish priorities

Experience in training delivery, facilitation, or instructional design

Adult learning certification is considered an asset

Computer Skills – Microsoft Office

English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec who operate primarily in English
