A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled Jr. Corporate Trainer to join their Legal team at Pacific Workers. Join a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm dedicated to fighting for injured workers' rights!

Role-Specific Training:
Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants, Intake and Operations staff to ensure high-quality support for our California legal teams.

Content Support:
Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals, interactive presentations, and instructional resources.

Onboarding:
Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees, ensuring a smooth transition into company culture and technical workflows.

Training will include full training equivalent to that of our legal assistants, with the aim of mastering this area and being able to teach it. You will be expected to train and perform the legal assistant duties, before moving onto a full-time training role. We expect this training period to last 3-6 months.

Performance Tracking:
Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops, identifying areas where additional coaching is needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with the operations and learning and development team to align training materials with real-time needs in processes.

Administrative Assistance:
Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications for the training department.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.

Skills: proactive, responsible, with initiative and analytical thinking, innovative, problem solver, curious, ability to understand the legal industry and customer service fast-paced environments to identify strengths and weaknesses in multidisciplinary teams.

1β2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or related.

Full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish). While communication is primarily with LATAM teams, all trainings are conducted in English, as operations are US-based.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and to simplify complex legal concepts.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.

Salary
4.500.000 COP per Month + 150,000 COP stipend.
