Role Description

The Associate Director- Digital Learning & Content is accountable for defining and delivering Cybersight’s global digital learning strategy and ecosystem, ensuring it drives measurable improvements in clinical capacity, professional development, and eye health outcomes globally. The role sets the strategic direction and standards for digital learning across Cybersight and contributes to Orbis’s broader learning and training models by integrating digital learning with clinical programs, platform capabilities, and global partnerships.

This role may suit candidates with backgrounds in digital education, medical education, or large-scale professional learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, public health, global health, or a related field
• 10 years’ experience leading in one or more of the following areas:
  • Digital learning or education platforms
  • Medical or professional education
  • Large-scale training or capacity building programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling learning systems across multiple countries or institutions
• Experience with professional development or CPD programs
• Experience working with clinical or health professional training; ophthalmology is a plus
• Experience working within global or LMIC health programs
