Role Description
The University of Lynchburg invites applications for a full-time, 12 month, non-tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position in the Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) program. We seek an engaging educator with expertise in healthcare leadership who is passionate about teaching and mentoring doctoral students in an innovative, interdisciplinary leadership program.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and professional service while fostering meaningful student engagement in a dynamic learning environment. The Doctor of Executive Leadership program prepares experienced professionals to become ethical, strategic, and transformative leaders capable of addressing complex organizational and societal challenges.
