Join Think Academy as a full-time Math Teacher starting Summer 2026. Teach with structured curriculum, receive paid training, and grow into long-term teaching and curriculum roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress

Strong math foundation
-
Passion for teaching and supporting student growth

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to commit at least one semester with fixed teaching schedule (Fall semester ends in Dec. 2026)

Available to work during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends

Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp teaching, classroom teaching, or working with students is a plus

Math competition background (such as AMC or related experience) is a plus, but not required

Available to attend a 5-day on-site training (paid) in San Jose, CA as part of onboarding
Requirements

Teach math classes in a clear, engaging, and student-centered way

Deliver lessons using Think Academy’s curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance

Support students in building strong understanding in topics across different grade levels

Manage a virtual or in-person classroom and create a positive, high-expectation learning environment

Grade homework and provide timely academic feedback

Communicate professionally with students and parents about progress, performance, and learning goals

Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, and ongoing professional development

Work approximately 30–40 hours per week, with most classes scheduled during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
Benefits

Teaching Hours: $50-$70/hour

Non-Teaching/Admin Hours: $16–20/hour for grading, class preparation, parent communication, and related work
