Role Description

We design hands-on learning experiences in artificial intelligence, automation, data, and emerging technologies for professionals across a wide range of business functions. Our programs focus on real-world workflows, enabling organizations to increase productivity, improve decision-making, and confidently integrate AI into their daily operations.

As we continue expanding our AI portfolio, we're looking for industry experts who can transform years of practical experience into high-quality learning content that helps professionals solve real business challenges with AI.

• Design and author practical AI learning content for legal and compliance professionals.
• Create hands-on workshops, case studies, and real-world learning exercises.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and other reusable learning assets.
• Ensure legal accuracy, responsible AI practices, and up-to-date industry relevance across all content.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to continuously improve the learner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance Officer, or in another in-house legal or compliance role.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to legal, compliance, or knowledge-work workflows.
• Strong understanding of legal document management, contract review, compliance processes, and responsible AI usage in confidential environments.
• Experience creating practical frameworks, playbooks, templates, or internal documentation that improve legal team efficiency.
• Professional fluency in English.

Requirements

• Experience designing training materials, courses, workshops, or enablement content (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with legal-tech platforms such as Ironclad AI, Ivo, or similar solutions (Nice to Have).
• Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning teams (Nice to Have).
• Availability to work within European time zones (Nice to Have).
