Role Description

The Department of Psychology & Neuroscience is looking for an affiliate faculty to teach online one undergraduate General Psychology course. The term runs from 8/24/2026 - 10/11/2026.

• Actively engage with virtual student posts.
• Respond to student questions.
• Help troubleshoot technological problems.
• Provide feedback and grade assignments.
• Hold 1 virtual office hour per week.
• Be available to meet with students during evening or weekend hours, as needed.
• A completed course shell and syllabus are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology or related field.

Requirements

• Previous online teaching experience (preferred).

Benefits

• This position is benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation.
• Will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
