Role Description
The Morris, Sussex, and Warren (MSW) County Partnership provides free instruction and practice in English for students (16 and older) who wish to improve reading, speaking, writing, and listening skills.

Supervise and provide direct oversight of virtual instructors, ensuring adherence to program standards, scheduling requirements, and instructional quality.

Plan and facilitate informational sessions, community outreach, and marketing initiatives to recruit participants and elevate program visibility within the MSW partnership area.

Facilitate the onsite registration process for all virtual classes, including administering crucial pre- and post-testing.

Develop and maintain the master schedule for virtual classes within the MSW partnership area.

Conduct regular onsite visits to provide instructional support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting for teachers delivering virtual instruction.

Provide onsite support to students as needed, including technology troubleshooting, registration assistance, and testing support.

Coordinate all virtual instruction activities for instructors and students within the MSW partnership area.

Collect, organize, and synthesize student and program data for the MSW Partnership in compliance with confidentiality requirements, ensuring information required by the NJDOL for state and federal grant compliance is securely maintained and appropriately shared.

Represent MSW Partnership on strategic calls and at meetings with the MSW WDB, providing updates on site performance, staffing, and program compliance.
Qualifications

Experience working with adult education, ESOL, or HSE student populations required.

Prior supervisory, coordinator, or management experience required.

Master's Degree preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Documented or demonstrated customer service experience.
Requirements

Maximum of 300 hours (Outside of the normal structured workday).

Timeline: September 9, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Rate: $40.00 per hour.

Funding Source: FY27 Consolidated Adult Basic Skills (ABS) and Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) Grant.
