As an adjunct faculty member, you’ll provide program instruction in an online format, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and other industry trends reflecting advancements in your discipline. What You Will Do

• Equip students with the required skill set.
• Facilitate classroom discussions.
• Assess student performance.
• Prepare students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession.
• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.
• Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Doctorate in Educational Leadership or Doctorate in Educational Administration.
• Minimum: Masters in Educational Administration or Masters in Educational Leadership or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) AND 2 areas of exceptional expertise.
• All instructors must have a valid state principal or supervisor or superintendent certification AND a minimum of three years of experience as a classroom instructor AND a minimum of three years in a supervisory role to include dean of students or assistant principal or principal or district level administrator related position.
• OR a minimum of three years in a school business administration role such as district business manager or finance director or director of operations AND at least six graduate credits related to public school finance or public school fiscal planning or accounting or principalship or superintendency.
