Role Description

Join MIU City University Miami and contribute to the development of future Human Resources professionals.

• Possess a Master or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent). All faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution.
• Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to teach online.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Work permit in USA.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Industry experience in Human Resources management and strategy.

Requirements

• Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses.
• Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS.
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations.
• Provide academic mentorship and support to students.
• Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching.
