[Hiring] Accounting Trainer @KeepingCount

Role Description

The Ximplifi team at KeepingCount is looking for a tech-savvy Accounting Trainer with deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online. This role will drive system-related learning initiatives, support software implementation efforts, and ensure team readiness for client success.

• Deliver Sage Intacct and QBO software training to staff and support client onboarding
• Help lead Sage Intacct implementation walkthroughs and post-go-live support
• Provide day-to-day Q&A support for software use cases, reconciliations, and best practices
• Facilitate training for staff moving across teams or taking on new client portfolios
• Assist in building out SOPs and documenting Ximplifi-specific workflows
• Identify and address common knowledge gaps through scheduled refresher trainings
• Partner with Managers, Directors and VP's, to continuously improve the training experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with Sage Intacct implementations and/or certified user a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based tools (e.g., BILL, Divvy)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training delivery
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain software functionality clearly
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently

Requirements

• First 90 days: Night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT) to align with U.S. teams
• After 90 days: Flexible shift with a 4-hour U.S. time zone overlap
