[Hiring] Academic Program Success Lead @Springboard

Role Description

The Academic Program Success Lead, New Initiatives is a critical driver of Springboard's growth into new verticals: equal parts strategist, operator, and team leader. This role is for someone who thrives in the role of a builder: taking early-stage ideas, mobilizing teams, and delivering outcomes that are both business-sound and student-centered.

• Own all aspects of student support and delivery for full student journey for multiple new initiatives from end-to-end.
• Proactively identify capability gaps within programs and student journeys before they become bottlenecks.
• Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations for Program Leadership.
• Directly manage and sustain a high performing team.
• Demonstrate a founder's instinct for operational design of a learner’s experience.
• Leverage AI tools as a force multiplier across the team's work.
• Play a strong role with external partners, equipping Client Success teams with a POV and context.
• Serve as a connective force internally, building trust across teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional experience with end-to-end ownership over meaningful work.
• Founder mentality with examples of creating operational capabilities.
• Effective people management skills, nurturing professional development.
• Strong external partnership skills, managing relationships with external partners.
• Operational design instinct, thinking in systems and workflows.
• Speed and judgment, knowing when to act quickly or slow down.
• AI fluency, leveraging AI tools to amplify output.
• Ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment.
• Cross-functional influence, driving outcomes across teams.

Requirements

• Accountability for delivering on cohorts end-to-end within the first 90 days.
• Identify 2-3 key risks and work cross-functionally toward solutions.
• Firm understanding of all programs and client agreements.
• Deliver on key outcomes such as Retention, Refund, Engagement, CSAT, NPS, Completion.
• Demonstrate ownership over experimentation and program iterations.
• Ensure team thrives with clear expectations and accountability.
• Pivotal in growing the portfolio of Allied Health and AI programs within 12 months.
• Create playbooks, processes, and automations that enable scale.

Benefits

• Salary range: $90k - $120k.
• Remote flexible role available in CA, FL, TX, MA, AZ, NY & IL.
