Role Description

• Download classroom observation videos from the recording system.
• Merge, edit, and upload complete teaching session videos to Google Drive following the established folder structure.
• Prepare, validate, and submit videos to the AI-based scoring platform.
• Store and maintain teacher performance scoring results, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Academic Operations team to resolve missing or incomplete data.
• Maintain confidentiality of teacher performance data and provide administrative support for the Teacher Performance Management project as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Information Systems, Education, or any major.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs).
• Familiar with basic video editing software (CapCut, Clipchamp, VN, or similar).
• Previous experience in administrative support or data processing is an advantage.
