Role Description

Join our IT Support team to support users and keep systems running smoothly. This IT Engineering team provides 24/5 support for applications using modern technology, aiding internal business functions. Collaboration occurs with various teams and units to ensure application support and services delivery.

As a Systems Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide support and mentorship for SAAS/Linux/on-prem application engineers within the team.
• Own the problem resolution and collaborate with internal support, operations, and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Understand architecture, establish processes, and address undefined technical issues on on-premises and cloud applications.
• Obtain certification in Azure to demonstrate expertise in cloud computing, validating skills for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure solutions.
• Enhance system monitoring for faster error detection, improving performance, reliability, and service restoration processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
• Expertise in Azure Infrastructure, focusing on Azure AI Foundry and Azure openAI service architectures.
• Experience supporting Anthropic Claude or similar large language models.
• Understanding of LLM lifecycle management, token monitoring, and implementing rate-limiting strategies for optimal system performance and resource allocation.
• Track record of meeting support KPIs and SLAs, achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
• Expertise in Linux, SQL, Cloud Technologies, Configuration Management tools, and scripting languages like Shell, Bash, Python.
• Availability, responsive mindset, communication, collaboration skills, and ability to build trusting relationships effectively.
