Role Description
We are looking for an SRE Specialist to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, implement automation, and collaborate with development teams to maintain smooth production environments.
- Support and development of monitoring systems. Configuring and optimizing monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.).
- Support logging systems. Organizing and improving logging systems (Opensearch or ELK), setting up notifications, and incident analysis.
- Creation and maintenance of traffic routing. Configuring and optimizing traffic routing solutions (CloudFlare, Nginx, HAproxy, etc.) to ensure high availability and system resilience.
- Updating and automating processes and services.
- Providing IT support to employees and resolving issues.
- Organizing technical support and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Traffic routing and balancing systems and approaches.
- Experience working with reverse proxy (HAProxy/Nginx) and CDN (Cloudflare/Cloudfront) systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
