Role Description
Degreed is seeking a seasoned senior sales director to support our continued growth. Success in this role is defined by pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and the ability to deliver a defined territory. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, including Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing. The role is strategic and hands-on, requiring you to develop and execute your plan.
As a senior sales director, you will have your territory and be accountable for building and executing a plan. Reporting directly to the RVP of EMEA, you will work closely with a team of high-performing and experienced sales professionals who help our customers develop their workforce with the skills needed for future readiness. Your experience, sales expertise, and customer-facing skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Understand the importance of planning on how to develop and win a market
- The Ability to analyze macro trends and then translate them into opportunities
- Collaborate with GTM teams for alignment with Degreed’s messaging and best practices
- Customer-obsessed. You deeply understand our client's problems and requirements
- You're viewed as a trusted advisor to your customers
- Calm under pressure and deliver consistent performance
- Critical thinking. You can see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way

Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
