Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building resilient cloud infrastructure on Azure, working with on-premises Linux systems, and solving complex networking challenges. You'll collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to shape scalable and secure solutions that support global productivity. Architect and implement Azure Cloud solutions to ensure highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure across hybrid and cloud-native environments.

Design and build network infrastructure with a focus on routing, security, VPNs, load balancing, and network connectivity in Azure.

Collaborate with software development teams to understand and translate application requirements into robust cloud and network architectures.

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments for cloud-native and hybrid applications.

Implement best practices in security, performance, and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.

Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production systems to ensure reliability and uptime.

Act as a thought leader and mentor by sharing knowledge on Azure Cloud and networking technologies with team members.

Lead strategic infrastructure projects and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
Qualifications

Extensive experience in Azure Cloud architecture, including designing and managing compute, storage, and networking solutions.

Deep understanding of networking concepts like DNS, VPN, subnetting, firewalls, load balancers, and routing in cloud environments.

Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (mainly Terraform).

Experience with container orchestration and tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins and experience in configuring the full cycle in production.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).

Solid scripting abilities using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Understanding of cloud security principles, policies, and compliance.

A collaborative, proactive approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good written and spoken English.

Eager to learn and improve own skills and share experiences with others.
Requirements

Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and on-premises-to-cloud migrations (bonus).

Familiarity with Azure APIs and integrations with third-party tools (bonus).

Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Redis, or message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) (bonus).

Knowledge of SQL databases – MySQL and Postgres (bonus).

Exposure to load and unit-testing platforms for infrastructure and applications (bonus).
