Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments
• Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and landscape management
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, and Jenkins
• Experience with deployment automation and source code management
• Previous background in software development, with an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative global environments
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Interest in automation, continuous improvement, and learning within the SAP ecosystem
• Availability to support teams operating within US business hours

Requirements

• Manage and provision SAP landscapes and tenants
• Support customer onboarding activities and environment setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning and environment-related issues
• Investigate, debug, and resolve technical incidents
• Support engineering teams by removing operational bottlenecks
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployment automation and release management processes
• Support platform operations across the SAP Procurement ecosystem
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with global teams across Brazil, India, and the United States
