[Hiring] Epic Client Systems Administrator @UCSF

Role Description

The Epic Client Systems Administrator is an important part of the Epic Client Systems team that is accountable for assisting with the management and maintenance of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system's infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Epic system operates efficiently, securely, and reliably.

• Works closely with the Senior Epic Client Systems Administrator and Citrix Epic Administrator.
• Executes the day-to-day operations of Epic Client Systems infrastructure, including:
• Design and installation
• Configuration
• Maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Positively impacts UCSF’s operations and culture by ensuring UCSF's IT infrastructure is operable, secure, efficient, and effective in service of UCSF’s academic mission.
• Delivers exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students.
• Models UCSF’s culture and values while executing UCSF’s vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

• Placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
• For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
• The annual salary range for this position is $113,800 to $242,800.
