Role Description

We are currently searching for a DevOps/SRE Engineer:

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation.
• Ensure alignment with Our Client's Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Actively contribute in a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving.
• Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team.
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations.
• Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Technical debt remediation experience.
• Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical leadership and decision-making experience.
• Stakeholder management and communication expertise.
• Risk and dependency management skills.
• Technical planning and prioritization proficiency.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Requirements

• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• DevOps and automation practices.
• Enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Metrics and reporting skills.
• Coaching, mentoring, and change management capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
