Role Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive the evolution of our infrastructure, lead a team of DevOps engineers, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud and on-premise environments.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams.

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and/or self-managed clusters).

Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.

Strong expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux).

Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitOps practices, and ArgoCD.

Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management.

Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure production environments.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams.

Experience in high-load environments is highly desirable.

Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability industries is a plus.
Requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring effective task prioritization and delivery.

Own and evolve the company's cloud and on-premise infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes environments.

Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to streamline software delivery and operational processes.

Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of production systems.

Participate in architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and implementation of new projects.

Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
