Role Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive the evolution of our infrastructure, lead a team of DevOps engineers, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and/or self-managed clusters).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Strong expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitOps practices, and ArgoCD.
• Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
• Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure production environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams.
• Experience in high-load environments is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability industries is a plus.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring effective task prioritization and delivery.
• Own and evolve the company's cloud and on-premise infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes environments.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to streamline software delivery and operational processes.
• Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of production systems.
• Participate in architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and implementation of new projects.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
