Role Description
We are looking for a software engineer to join CrowdStrike's global TechOps CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do

Design & Build:
Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps toolchains.

Developer Experience:
Create self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles.

Reliability Engineering:
Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services.

Collaboration:
Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.
Qualifications

Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Python, Java, Groovy, or GO).

4-5 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development.

Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment.

Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns.

SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab).
Bonus Points

Configuration management experience (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt).

Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Logscale).

Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux).

Experience with IaC solutions such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
