[Hiring] DevOps Engineer IV @Net Health

Role Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help build, run, and improve the platform behind our healthcare products. You'll work across Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations, keeping our systems reliable, secure, and easy to deploy. You'll partner with development teams and take ownership of services end to end. You'll also use AI as a core part of how you work, both to move faster and to find smarter ways to run and improve the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Design, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines so teams can ship quickly and safely
• Support production: incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Plan and run releases and deployments across environments
• Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to catch issues before customers do
• Automate repetitive operational work with scripting and tooling
• Use AI tools every day for coding, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation, and help the team use them effectively
• Find opportunities to apply AI across DevOps workflows, such as incident triage, pipeline insights, and infrastructure automation
• Apply security best practices, including secrets management, managed identities, and least-privilege access
• Help manage cloud cost and capacity
• Document systems, runbooks, and decisions, and share knowledge across the team
• Mentor other engineers and work with development, product, and security teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services
• Terraform
• Azure DevOps pipelines
• PowerShell
• SQL Server
• Containers, such as Azure Container Apps or Docker
• Observability tools such as New Relic or Application Insights
• AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, used regularly in day-to-day work

Preferred Experience

• Building AI agents or AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows
• PostgreSQL
• Healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
• Azure or Terraform certifications

Salary Range

$160,000.00 - $195,000.00 USD
