[Hiring] Data System Engineer III @Franciscan Alliance, Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale the deployment and operation of our enterprise data and analytics platforms, including but not limited to SQL, Azure/Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Epic Cogito. This role will establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and source control practices across analytics and data engineering teams, enabling reliable, repeatable, and auditable delivery of code and data assets.

• Own the administration and optimization of GitHub (including migration from Azure DevOps).
• Implement release management processes and standardize environment promotion strategies (dev, test, prod).
• Introduce new source control processes for gaps in our current strategy.
• Drive automation, improve platform reliability, and introduce best practices for version control, monitoring, and secure deployment across the analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6 years of Systems, Application, and/or Database platforms administration experience with platforms such as Epic, SQL Server, Tableau, SAS, BusinessObjects, etc.
• Experience architecting data management, analytics, business intelligence, and application integration solutions.

Requirements

• Preferred CI/CD platform administration and implementation experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
• Experience architecting automated deployment pipelines, data platform integrations, and asset bundle management solutions.
